Questions & answers
Everything we know so far. We'll keep this updated as details lock in.
When and where is Base Camp?
Base Camp is a two-day summit in the Denver area in early April 2027. The exact dates and venue are being finalized now, join the alerts list and you'll be the first to know.
Who is it for?
Families raising children with disabilities, self-advocates, and the providers who serve them. If you're navigating waivers, therapy, IEPs, diagnosis, or just want to find your people, this is for you.
How much does it cost to attend?
Family pricing is being finalized, and keeping it affordable is a top priority. We also have a Sponsor a Family program so cost is never the reason a family stays home. Watch this space, or ask us about a scholarship spot.
Is childcare available?
Making childcare available is one of our biggest goals, because it's often what lets a parent actually attend. We're working to secure and fund it now, and we'll announce details here as soon as it's confirmed.
Will it be accessible and sensory-aware?
Yes. Accessibility is built into the plan, not added on. That means considerations for mobility, sensory needs, and communication access. If you have a specific accommodation request, reach out and we'll do our best to make it happen.
What will the sessions cover?
Plain-language, practical guidance: beating the Medicaid waitlist, waiver intake, preparing for a diagnosis meeting, advocacy, ABA, AAC, regulating big emotions, respite, and more. See the agenda as it fills in.
Can I speak, exhibit, or sponsor?
We'd love that. Providers and experts can lead a session, and businesses and organizations can sponsor or grab an exhibitor booth. If a fee is ever a barrier, just tell us, we'll work it out.
