Base Camp is a two-day Disability Family and Provider Summit in Denver, early April 2027. We are looking for a few more guides: providers and experts who can help families navigate the road ahead.

A room full of the exact families you serve, moving slowly and ready to connect. Not a badge-scan crowd, real conversations.

Priority booth, waived fee

Speakers receive primary, priority booth placement and a waived exhibitor fee, so you are front and center all weekend.

Trusted-expert status

Become a name parents trust, in a community that prizes transparency and passes along the word-of-mouth referrals other families actually act on.

Visibility and a recording

Your name, org, photo, and bio on the site and in the program, a social and newsletter shout-out, and a recording of your session to keep.

About compensation, honestly. As a first-year event, Base Camp is not able to offer a speaker fee yet, and we completely understand if that matters to you or your organization. If you would prefer to be compensated, just say so, with zero awkwardness. It will never change how glad we are to have you, and we will do our best to see what is possible. Self-advocates who present are always paid for their time.

We make it official

You approve your session name, send a short bio and headshot, and we feature you as a Base Camp speaker.
