Host a table.
Around 200 people, mostly families raising kids with disabilities, and every one of them stops at your table on purpose. It’s a trick-or-treat route, so your table isn’t next to the event. It is the event.
Real Conversations
Families move slowly and stop at every table. You get conversations, not badge scans.
Word-of-Mouth Moves Fast
Parents here trade provider recommendations constantly. One good night travels for years.
Lasting Partnerships
It's our first year, so we're honest: this is goodwill and real relationships, not raw reach.
Cost of a table
If $100 is a barrier for your organization, just say so and we'll waive it. We would rather have you in the room than not.
Every table includes
- A 6 foot table and two chairs on the trick-or-treat route
- A stop on the kids' passport, so every child comes to you
- Your name on the event map every family takes home
- Logo on the sponsor wall at the entrance
- A social thank-you before the event
- Two staff wristbands, and your own family comes free
- Your name on the post-event email provider list
You bring your own treats. We'll send allergy guidance, and we ask every table to offer at least one non-food option.
Want more than a table?
Bag Making Station Sponsor
Every kid decorates their own trick-or-treat bag before they head out on the route. You cover the blank bags, the stickers, and the table it all happens on.
- Your name on the bag making station
- Every child carries your bag all night
- Two spots at the station if your team wants to help decorate
Calm Corner Sponsor
Your name on the quiet room. It's the thing that lets a family stay the whole night instead of leaving after twenty minutes, and it's the sponsorship people remember.
- Your branding on the quiet room
- Trust building with the community on values
Presenting Sponsor
The event carries your name. Logo on the poster, the schedule, and every social post. Professional photos from the night, cleared for your own marketing.
- Sponsors pick their spot first
- Large branding on event collateral (emails, social posts, etc)

Guiding Pathways Foundation filed for 501(c)(3) status August 10, 2026. Contracts, insurance, and receipts are administered by The Violet Bridge Foundation, an established 501(c)(3), EIN 42−2004976. Table fees buy promotional space and are generally deductible as a business expense rather than a charitable gift. Ask your accountant. We document either way.
